2021 Spring/Summer Blaze Tryout Registration
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORM BELOW.

Tryouts for the 10U team will be held on Saturday, November 14 and the 12U team is Sunday, November 15. After registration you will be contacted by the coach with details on location and time. If needed, an additional tryout may be held the weekend of 11/21.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
*Player attitude and effort in addition to skill level will be evaluated and scored during tryouts.  
*If a player makes a team, they have 48 hours to confirm their roster spot to the coach.  

Due to the ongoing uncertainty with COVID-19 and youth sports, the tournament schedule is unknown at this time. As soon as coaches know more about possible tournament play for 2021, they will determine their schedule.
